Christopher Paul James Wightman, Executive Chairman
Mr. Wightman, 51, joined PuriCore in 1998 as a Non-Executive Director and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in 2002 and Executive Chairman in June 2010. Mr. Wightman is Chairman or Director of several UK companies: ASI Solutions plc, Clickstream Technologies plc, and Investec Structured Products Calculus VCT plc and is a partner in Mount Row Capital LLP. He spent 14 years in the investment banking industry with Goldman Sachs, Bankers Trust, NatWest, and NationsBank. He read law at Nottingham University before joining Arthur Andersen & Co., where he qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Wightman is chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Gregory Todd Bosch, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bosch, 47, joined PuriCore in November 2004 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining PuriCore, Mr. Bosch held a variety of management and leadership positions with Baxter International during his 19-year tenure. Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager of Baxter's BioSurgery division, which experienced growth from $40 million in 1998 to more than $220 million in 2004 under his leadership. Mr. Bosch had international assignments in Austria and Switzerland and he was a board member of Baxter AG. Mr. Bosch received the 2006 Life Sciences CEO of the Year award from the Eastern Technology Council. Mr. Bosch earned his BA from Duke University and his MBA from DePaul University. Mr. Bosch is a member of the Nomination Committee.

Darren Douglas Weiss, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Weiss, 38, joined PuriCore in November 2004 as Corporate Controller, and was later named Vice President, Finance in November 2008 and in November 2009, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. He began his career in public accounting, including the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice of KPMG LLP and was a senior financial analyst for McNeil Consumer Healthcare, and a financial controller for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. He received a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Joseph William Birkett, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Birkett, 62, joined PuriCore in 1999 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed Senior Independent Non-Executive Director on 31 January 2008. Mr. Birkett is an independent consultant and investor. He is former Chairman of Chelford Group plc and former non-executive director of Monument Securities Ltd. Following a BSc in Economics from Sheffield University, he qualified as an FCA with Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche LLP) before pursuing a career in finance and global investment banking. Mr. Birkett is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.

Matthew Hammond, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Hammond joined PuriCore in 2010 as a Non-Executive Director and
brings more than 13 years of financial analysis and advisory
experience to the PuriCore Board of Directors. He began his career at
Credit Suisse, serving 11 years as a Sector Head in Equity Research
and later in Credit Suisse's Private Bank Ultra High Net Worth Client
Advisory on portfolio allocation, strategic M&A, and individual
investments. Currently, Mr. Hammond is Group Strategist for
Metalloinvest, managing the non-core asset portfolio and advising on
M&A, financing, and transaction structuring as well as managing
transactions. He is also a non-executive director of Nautilus Minerals
and Strike Resources. Mr Hammond earned a BA (Hons) from Bristol
University in 1997. Mr. Hammond is a member of the Audit and
Remuneration Committees.

Michel Dimitrios Sapountzoglou, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sapountzoglou, 48, joined PuriCore in 1999 as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Sapountzoglou is currently the Finance Director for Metrostar Management Corp., the shipping arm of the Angelopoulos group, and serves as the corporate finance and investment adviser for the group. Previously, he was a co-founder of Gamma Research and the Investment Manager for Star Maritime S.A. Mr. Sapountzoglou is also an investment adviser to Gacita Limited. Mr. Sapountzoglou is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
